MRT Tires Tackles Moab's Iconic Trails at the 2026 Moab Redrok Rally
MRT Tires was proud to return to the 2nd Annual Moab RedRok Rally in beautiful Moab, Utah, and this year's event was even bigger and better than the first.
Hosted at the Old Spanish Trail Arena, the Moab Redrok Rally brought together hundreds of UTV and off-road enthusiasts for several days of trail riding, vendor displays, giveaways, raffles, dinners, and community events. Whether you came to ride, shop, learn, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, there was something happening from sunrise to sunset.
Moab is widely considered one of the premier off-road destinations in the United States, featuring incredible slickrock terrain, breathtaking canyon views, and endless opportunities for UTV and Side-by-Side adventure. Each morning, attendees met their guides and groups before heading out to explore some of the area's most iconic trails.

Steel Bender: Day One on the Trails
Our first ride took us onto Steel Bender, one of Moab's classic UTV trails. Known for its mix of slickrock, sand, ledges, and scenic canyon views, Steel Bender offers a little bit of everything while remaining approachable for most experienced riders.
We spent the day riding with fellow enthusiasts, including several MRT customers running everything from Rocky RX tires to MRT Race Tires and X-Rox DD tires. It was great seeing so many MRT products out on the trail and hearing firsthand feedback from riders who trust our tires in some of the toughest terrain on the planet.
The most talked-about obstacle of the day was the famous waterfall near the end of the trail. Several riders elected to get tied off for the descent, while our group navigated it cleanly without assistance. More importantly, we made new friends, shared stories, and enjoyed everything that makes group rides in Moab so special.
Moab Rim: Putting Rocky RX Tires to the Test
Day two brought a completely different challenge as we tackled the legendary Moab Rim Trail alongside UTV Guide's Jon Crowley, Polaris Ambassador Billy Slade, and industry partners from Cedar Suspension, SDI Racing, and Sparco USA.
Moab Rim is considered one of the more technical and scenic trails in the area. The trail climbs steep slickrock ledges overlooking the Colorado River before reaching panoramic views of Moab Valley, Arches National Park, and the surrounding red rock landscape. The combination of challenging obstacles and breathtaking scenery makes it one of the most memorable rides in Moab.
For this ride, our Polaris Xpedition was equipped with 37" MRT Rocky RX Tires mounted on Muscle Race Wheels Tail Gunner beadlocks. We recently completed some gearing upgrades to better utilize the larger tire package, and the machine performed flawlessly.
The Rocky RX tires absolutely shined on Moab's famous slickrock terrain. The sticky compound delivered outstanding grip on steep climbs and technical obstacles, allowing us to confidently crawl over everything we attempted throughout the day. In terrain where traction is everything, a high-performance tire can make the difference between struggling for grip and driving obstacles with confidence.

The results spoke for themselves. Throughout the day, the Rocky RX tires delivered exceptional traction on climbs, ledges, and slickrock obstacles, helping us confidently navigate every challenge the trail threw our way. We experienced zero flats, zero tire failures, and zero wheel issues, allowing us to focus on enjoying the ride and capturing some incredible photos and video from one of the most scenic trails in Moab.
It was also great to see UTV Guide running 35" MRT Rocky RX Tires mounted on Muscle Tail Gunner Wheels, proving once again that this combination is becoming a favorite among serious off-road enthusiasts.

Back at the Rally
After each day on the trails, attendees returned to the Old Spanish Trail Arena where the rally atmosphere really came alive.
Â

The vendor area featured some of the top names in the UTV industry, with new products, custom builds, accessories, and off-road innovations on display throughout the week. MRT Tires was proud to showcase our latest tire lineup, Muscle Race Wheels products, and a variety of MRT merchandise and swag for attendees.

Food trucks kept everyone fueled while nightly activities brought the community together. One crowd favorite was the Flex Contest, where competitors tested their suspension setups by climbing a ramp with a single tire to see who could achieve the most articulation.

The rally also hosted large dinners for vendors and attendees, along with nightly raffles featuring tens of thousands of dollars in prizes and giveaways.
A Special Giveaway Winner
One of the biggest attractions of the event was the grand prize giveaway—a brand-new Kawasaki H2 side-by-side that had been outfitted with premium aftermarket parts and accessories from numerous industry partners.
MRT Tires was proud to contribute a set of 32" Rocky RX Tires to the build, ensuring the winner is ready to hit the trails with confidence from day one.

Congratulations to the lucky winner. Your new machine is officially equipped with some of the toughest tires on the planet.
Thank You, Moab Redrok Rally
A huge thank you goes out to Marc and the entire Moab Redrok Rally team for putting together another outstanding event. From the trail rides and vendor experience to the evening activities and giveaways, the event was exceptionally well organized and continues to grow into one of the premier UTV gatherings in the country.

We'd also like to thank our friends at SlikRok Productions for their continued support of the off-road community and helping make events like this possible. SlikRok has long been part of the Moab off-road scene, and their passion for the sport is evident throughout the rally experience.
Between the world-class trail riding, incredible scenery, industry vendors, and great people, the Moab Redrok Rally continues to establish itself as one of the premier UTV events in the country.
